The Retreat in a Box

I came up with this idea after hosting three amazing retreats in France this year. It was a beautiful experience - more than a writing retreat really - all three five day trips provided magical experiences for all involved!

It wasn’t just the writing or the productivity, it was the time, the space, the feeling that this experience is just for you. Because, we all need that right and we DO all deserve it.

SO. This is a magical mix of giving yourself time for you and your project/script AND having some physical luxuries for you to enjoy over the two days - all supported and encouraged by me and your fellow retreat pals!

This is how it works:

Choose your dates | Buy your box | Two days before you’ll receive your Retreat Box - DON’T OPEN IT YET!

Itinerary - Day One:

10am - grab your coffee/tea/juice - OPEN YOUR BOX!

10.15am - We’ll start by chatting about what we are going to be working on over the two days.

11am- Writing Sprint number one

1pm - 2pm - LUNCH (get your favourite lunch - treat yourself!)

2pm - Check in

2.30pm - 5pm - Writing Sprint number two

5pm - END - Now, time for you to enjoy your treats - have a chilled night ready for tomorrow!

Itinerary - Day Two:

10am - grab your coffee/tea/juice

10.15am - How did you get on yesterday? What do we need to focus on today?

11am- Writing Sprint number one

1pm - 2pm - LUNCH

2pm - Check in - what do we need to do to finish on a high!

2.30pm - 5pm - Writing Sprint number two

5pm - END - Now, time for you to enjoy your Sunday night treats.
